Return and refund policy

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 14 days.

2. Notification of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Jordan Caccin, Furlan Prezios, Eimeldingerweg 23, 4057 Basel, Switzerland, Email: [email protected])of your decision of withdrawal from this contract by means of a declaration clearly expressing your wish to exercise your right of withdrawal (for example, letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

3. Effect of withdrawal

In the event of your withdrawal from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen, where applicable, a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us) immediately and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will process the refund using the same means of payment as that used for the initial transaction, unless we expressly agree otherwise with you. This reimbursement will not be accompanied by any costs for you.

4. Right of retention

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the item or until you have provided proof of shipment of the item, whichever is the earlier.

5. Return of the goods
